Version 1.3.0 - Vtube Studio, Elden Ring and User-made Modules

• Added integration with VTube Studio, it allows you to trigger hotkeys on your vtuber model based on events.
• Added a plugin for Elden Ring that detects events for changes in HP, FP, and stamina.
• Added support for user-made computer vision modules. Also added a demo and example of such modules featuring the game "PowerWash Simulator". This demo can be found on the "custom_cv" folder and contains a readme describing the module.
• Added a new event to Kinky Dungeon plugin, "Vibe Level", an event proportional to the intensity of in-game vibrators.
• Added a short description to each plugin and module in the app.
• Marked Helldivers 2 "Killmarker" event as work-in-progress.
