Added support for Kinky Dungeon, a bondage-theme rogue-like by Ada18980 (https://ada18980.itch.io/kinky-dungeon).

Events detected through an external utility mod "KD_events.zip" found inside the Playful Plugins package, to be loaded into the  game's main menu.
